Louise On a recent visit to Galway I got in to a Taxi to go to the Guest House that I had booked for the weekend. When I opened my hand bag to get the address for the driver I was horrified to discover that I had left my booking confirmation behind. I could only remember that it was "wood something" or "something wood" To my amazement the driver from City Taxis radioed his office ans within minutes they identified the Guest House in question and even supplied me with the phone number so that I could confirm. Needless to say, I used City Taxis every time I needed a Taxi in Galway.

Jonathan I have only the best to say about City Taxis Galway. We had a recent weekend trip to Galway with our baby son and we needed a car seat for him. We asked several Taxi firms for advice. Few contacted us back, and only one was able to help... City Taxis Galway. Our car was waiting at the airport with car seat installed and ready. And they were really helpful in arranging everything too, giving us good advice on journey times. The local knowledge was obviously excellent as we took some less obvious routes which avoided the worst of the Friday evening traffic. All in all, I recommend Galway City Taxis very highly for their friendliness, efficiency and willingness to help with our slightly unusual situation. They will be our first call next time we go to Galway. (PS - Say hi to Michael from us!)
